Florian Schranz

Florian ist gelernter Metzger & Koch und konnte damit schon viel Erfahrung in renommierten Hotels im Ötztal sammeln. Seit 2013 ist er im Familienbetrieb als Küchenchef tätig. 

Seine Verbundenheit mit der Region und der Natur gab ihm die Inspiration der VIER Elemente und somit den Grundpfeiler des Hotel- & Restaurantkonzeptes. Seine Leidenschaft gilt vor allem der Kulinarik, welche sich im neuen a la Carte Restaurant VIER in der Küchenlinie der vier Elemente und dessen Kreationen widerspiegelt. 

Florian is a butcher & chef and has gained a lot of experience in renowned hotels in the Ötztal. He has been the head chef in the family business since 2013. His connection to the region and nature gave him the inspiration of the  VIER elements and thus the cornerstone of the hotel & restaurant concept. His passion is above all the culinary art, which is reflected in the new a la carte restaurant VIER in the kitchen line of the four elements and its creations.

Christine ist gelernte Floristin & Gärtnerin und bringt mit ihrem grünen Daumen alles zum Blühen und die Natur im & um das VIER noch spürbarer machen.

 

Aber auch mit dem Endprodukt der Naturelemente hat sich Christine auseinandergesetzt & absolvierte deshalb neben der Ausbildung zum Servicemanagement den Jungsommelier Österreich, um die Kulinarik bestens zu vervollständigen.

 

Christine is a trained florist and gardener and with her green thumb she makes everything bloom and takes care of nature in and around the FOUR elements. Christine also dealt with the end product of the natural elements & therefore completed the young sommelier Austria in addition to the training in service management in order to round off the culinary art in the best possible way.

Die VIER Elemente: Feuer und Erde, Wasser und Luft – spielen im VIER die Kulinarikhauptrolle. Dies wurde vom bekannten Restaurantführer Gault Millau bewertet und mit 11 von 20 Punkten und somit 1 Haube ausgezeichnet. Damit gehört unser VIER Restaurant zu den besten Restaurants im Ötztal. 

 

The FOUR elements: fire and earth, water and air - play the main culinary role in the VIER. This was rated by the well-known restaurant guide Gault Millau and awarded 11 out of 20 points. This makes our VIER restaurant one of the best restaurants in the Oetztal Valley.
